Dominica

Our Caribbean Collection is one of the earliest Totally Bamboo lines and the first bamboo boards to feature a decorative inlay. Light strips of natural vertical grain bamboo surround a wide strip of end grain bamboo... the cutting board equivalent to dressing up for a night on the town.

The Dominica is the largest of our Caribbean line. It has a groove on one side, making it great for carving and slicing the juiciest of meats or fruits. The smooth back side is excellent for large chopping jobs or as a bread and pastry board.
